Overview At Greyven Footwear, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing original packaging will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable: sale items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.

How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@greyvenfootwear.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us at contact@greyvenfootwear.com.
